Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking a Client Systems Manager in Boston (Hybrid) to lead the evolution of the client and distribution technology ecosystem, including Salesforce CRM and related engagement tools. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Distribution stakeholders to define strategy and delivery.

Reporting to senior technology leadership, you will drive innovation with AI-enabled capabilities, manage a team of engineers, and ensure governance, scalability, and performance to support growth

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise CRM and client engagement platforms
• Deep Salesforce expertise in complex environments
• Strong understanding of sales, distribution, marketing, or client relationship workflows
• Ability to influence and partner with senior business stakeholders
• Track record of driving innovation and business transformation through technology
• Experience managing technology teams, or strong leadership capability within a player-coach environment
• Knowledge of SaaS ecosystems, integrations, data platforms, and modern software delivery practices

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of client and distribution technology platforms
• Serve as the primary technology partner to Sales, Marketing, and Client Relations teams
• Lead the ongoing evolution of a large-scale Salesforce environment
• Drive innovation around client segmentation, engagement scoring, and customer intelligence
• Develop real-time client and prospect engagement capabilities, alerts, and workflow automation
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for technology-enabled growth
• Manage and develop a team of engineers and technical specialists
• Oversee third-party technology partners and vendor relationships
• Ensure operational stability, governance, compliance, and platform excellence
• Champion the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities across client-facing workflows
