Job summary

ICF is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to support Product Owners and delivery teams in defining, refining, and managing Salesforce requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.

The role serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions are aligned with objectives and acceptance criteria, including ownership of user stories and backlog activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
5+ years as a Business Analyst on enterprise software projects.
3+ years Salesforce implementations or Salesforce-based solutions.
Must obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance.
US residency and three of last five years in the US.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, document, and refine business requirements with stakeholders.
Lead requirements elicitation, interviews, workshops and discovery.
Translate requirements into detailed user stories, flows, specs, and acceptance criteria.
Own stories through the Agile lifecycle and ensure development readiness.
Support backlog management, release planning and roadmap execution.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, architects and QA to meet requirements.
Validate requirements via demonstrations, testing, and UAT.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track dependencies, risks, and decisions.
