Job summary

The role focuses on delivering finance and banking sector Salesforce solutions, encompassing data migration, integrations, and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities include writing user stories, leading discovery sessions, and coordinating SIT/UAT, with hands-on work on existing Salesforce deployment and strong leadership of project work
Qualifications
- Salesforce domain knowledge and relevant certifications are required.
- Experience with data migration and integration in Salesforce projects.
- Banking/financial services experience is preferred.
- Ability to map business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
- Experience leading work streams or functional leads on projects.
Responsibilities
- Execute quick POC to validate concepts.
- Write user stories aligned to Financial Service Cloud and Experience Cloud capabilities.
- Hands-on work on the existing Salesforce implementation.
- Lead defining and implementing Salesforce-based business solutions.
- Understand functional and technical requirements to address client needs.
- Perform Salesforce administration tasks and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate SIT and UAT with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with business and IT teams; onsite-offshore coordination.
- Report progress regularly on projects.
- Plan testing and training strategies.
