Dacotah Bank in Sioux Falls is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead the strategic direction of our Salesforce environment. You will partner with business leaders to translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions that drive value.

You will design, configure, and govern Salesforce, build reports and dashboards, coordinate enhancements and deployments, and help shape data quality and platform governance for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• Five or more years of hands-on experience administering, configuring, and enhancing Salesforce environments.
• Three or more years of experience gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and designing Salesforce solutions.
• Experience configuring Salesforce functionality including security, automation, custom objects, page layouts, workflows, reports, dashboards, and third-party integrations.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions, requirements workshops, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Salesforce BSA and platform lead, aligning capabilities with strategic objectives and user needs.
• Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements to translate into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions including automation, security, custom objects, dashboards, and integrations.
• Coordinate platform enhancements, testing, UAT, release planning, and deployments for successful implementations.
• Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and process documentation to support adoption.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases and innovations to continuously improve processes and platform utilization.
