Couchbase in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technical delivery. You’ll own the Salesforce roadmap, translate complex requirements into actionable user stories, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, and Operations, writing testable Jira stories, guiding sprints, and ensuring data integrity during monthly closings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Salesforce Analyst or Business Systems Analyst role.
• Proficiency with Jira backlog management.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce configuration—objects, flows, validation, security.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specs.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Salesforce roadmap with leadership to define a high-impact backlog.
• Own delivery lifecycle from intake to launch, aligning with stakeholders.
• Lead discovery across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, and Ops.
• Write clear Jira stories with acceptance criteria and edge cases.
• Refine backlog and facilitate biweekly sprint planning.
• Serve as the primary Dev contact for scope guidance.
• Perform UAT and protect Salesforce data during month-end/quarter-close.
