Qualifications

• 4+ years Salesforce experience with business analysis and leadership.
• Enterprise-level service-oriented architecture articulation and implementation skills.
• Ability to translate business objectives into solution designs.
• Experience balancing business and financial constraints and managing expectations.

Responsibilities

• Consult with end-users to analyze and understand user needs, objectives, desired features, and input and output requirements.
• Lead Salesforce development projects from conceptualization to implementation
• Understand the impact a process change might have on the system and guide process definitions accordingly.
• Gather, organize, and document business requirements and process definitions in standardized formats.
• Define, document and groom user stories and business processes.
• Contribute to solution designs, testing plans and execution, training, troubleshooting, and project management aspects.
• Execute a plan to improve the user experience, promote adoption, and monitor and improve policies and compliance
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.
