Advanced Systems Design, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to support the CARMA Enhancements for VA patient care. This is a remote opportunity that requires delivering secure, reliable Salesforce solutions across the full software lifecycle.

You will work with cross-functional teams, translate requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture, and ensure governance, testing, and smooth releases while maintaining documentation and security standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce platform development, architecture, or administration.
• Experience with Salesforce data models, security, automation, and integrations.
• Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning, Flow, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop Salesforce solutions, integrations, data models, security, automation, and user experiences aligned to business needs.
• Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture and deliver reports and dashboards.
• Apply governance, release-management, testing, data-quality, and deployment best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts, testers, administrators, integration teams, and architects to deliver enhancements.
• Document configuration, technical decisions, data flows, test evidence, and support procedures.
