Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience with architecture, development, and solution design.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect; CTA preferred.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Flow orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture design for Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom apps.
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain the Salesforce architecture blueprint including data flows, security model, and governance processes.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and platform capabilities for the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Drive scalable automation with Flows, Apex, and APIs.
• Architect and optimize integrations between Salesforce and ERP, Data Warehouse, Marketing Automation.
• Guide API strategies including REST, SOAP, and streaming integrations.
• Lead data modeling, data quality, and data governance best practices.
• Oversee data migration design/execution for deployments or org consolidations.
• Mentor Admins, Developers, and Analysts; collaborate with Security/Compliance.
