Job summary

Procom is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Architect to act as the technical authority for Salesforce/Fonteva. You will own solution architecture, design quality, platform integrity, and engineering standards for the CRM ecosystem, while guiding modernization and migrations.

You will lead architecture reviews, data integrations, and release governance, ensuring security and performance across production environments. A strong focus on debt remediation and vendor transitions is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, software engineering, or related field; 12 years experience may substitute for the degree.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible enterprise application experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce delivery.
• 3+ years as a Salesforce solution/technical architect in a complex production environment.
• Must have Fonteva experience.
• Architecture ownership across custom development, integrations, data security, and release engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern designs for Salesforce/Fonteva and dependent CRM/AMS capabilities.
• Lead hands-on Salesforce configuration, automation, custom development, and managed-package extensions.
• Design reliable data movement and system interactions across membership ecosystems (national/state/local).
• Protect security, performance, and stability of Salesforce/Fonteva and member-facing services.
• Establish technical controls to move changes safely from design to production.
• Provide technical analysis and knowledge transfer to strengthen internal ownership.
