Slipstream Life Sciences seeks a Senior Solution Architect to own architecture and design for complex Salesforce engagements across commercial, R&D, clinical, and patient services. You will translate business needs into defensible platform designs, document them clearly, and lead a distributed team through go-live.

This hands-on role covers data models, integrations, security, and governance, with responsibility for technical risk and solution quality across US-based remote engagements.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in enterprise technology delivery with 7+ years on Salesforce
• 5+ years delivering to pharma/biotech clients
• Hands-on with Sales Cloud and Health Cloud; experience with Veeva CRM/Vault
• Able to produce design documents, data models, and integration specs
• Experience with REST/SOAP, events, and batch data flows

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across commercial, R&D, clinical, and patient services
• Lead design workshops with client stakeholders and translate requirements into buildable designs
• Create and maintain architecture artifacts: design docs, diagrams, data models, integration specs
• Make build-vs-buy calls and guide AppExchange/ISV decisions
• Design integrations to life sciences data ecosystem and downstream analytics
• Set governance for performance, data volume, and security to scale solutions
• Lead onshore/offshore development teams and mentor engineers
• Support presales with architecture slides and estimates
• Develop reusable assets and patterns for the practice
