Slipstream Life Sciences is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead end-to-end design and delivery across the Salesforce platform, focusing on Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, and Service Cloud. You will partner with client stakeholders to produce solution designs, data models, and integration specifications.

This senior, client-facing role is fully remote in the United States, with no travel and opportunities to guide offshore delivery teams through design reviews and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience with 3+ years in a Solution Architect or equivalent role.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, security architecture, and automation (Flows).
• Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components to guide developers.
• Experience delivering solutions across Service Cloud and Life Sciences/Health Cloud.
• Experience designing integrations and coordinating with middleware teams (MuleSoft or equivalent).
• Experience producing and maintaining solution documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery and leading implementation from requirements to release.
• Strong client-facing skills and executive-ready storytelling.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across the Salesforce platform.
• Define integration architecture and patterns with external systems (REST/SOAP, event-driven patterns).
• Own solution documentation, diagrams, data flows, and configuration decisions.
• Provide technical leadership across onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Support presales solutioning and scoping with high-level estimates and roadmaps.
• Ensure regulatory and security considerations for Life Sciences delivery.
