Job summary

Natera seeks a Senior Salesforce engineer to own the technical architecture across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, guiding platform standards and governance for thousands of users in go-to-market and customer success. You will design secure, scalable integrations and mentor developers, while partnering with product and engineering leaders on the roadmap.

On-site in Austin, TX three days per week, with expert-level Apex, LWC, and SOQL skills.

Qualifications

10+ years of Salesforce architecture and implementation experience, with deep expertise in Sales and Service Cloud.
Ability to work on-site in our Austin, TX offices three days per week
Expert-level knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL optimization
Proven ability to design secure, scalable integrations (REST APIs, OAuth, SSO, MuleSoft)
Experience architecting multi-org, multi-cloud solutions in enterprise environments
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits, performance optimization, and data modeling

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end Salesforce architectures for Sales and Service Cloud at scale.
Define platform standards, governance, and integration patterns; optimize governor limits.
Architect complex workflows and integrations (REST, OAuth, MuleSoft) from design to production.
Mentor developers and admins; align roadmaps with product and engineering leaders.
