StaffSource seeks a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a client team on a long-term contract in Dallas, TX. The role emphasizes designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on performance and security.

The candidate will lead Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud initiatives, build custom solutions with Apex, LWC, Aura, and integrations, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs.

Qualifications

7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Expert-level with Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Hands-on with Apex, LWC, Aura, and Salesforce integrations.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Strong understanding of security, sharing rules, and deployment processes.
Experience in large-scale enterprise Salesforce environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using best practices.
Lead development and enhancements of Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations.
Build and maintain custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and integrations.
Collaborate with analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
Optimize performance, scalability, and security of Salesforce apps.
Develop integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to standards.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Support release management, deployments, and CI/CD activities.
