Job summary

The J.M. Smucker Company is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer in Orrville, OH. You will drive design, development, and integrations across Salesforce CRM, AWS, and enterprise systems, mentoring a team of developers and shaping technical strategy.

Qualifications

5+ years of work experience as a developer with STEM/IT background.
3+ years of Salesforce development experience using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs.
Proficiency with AWS services including Lambda, API integrations, CloudFormation, and data integration patterns.

Responsibilities

Lead technical efforts and manage delivery of medium to large Salesforce projects.
Develop and maintain custom Salesforce functionality (Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, APIs).
Design scalable solutions across Salesforce, AWS, and connected platforms; create technical designs and implementation docs.
Lead integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs and other integration technologies.
Drive testing, data validation, and release readiness activities.
