Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Salesforce Technical Architect to design data models and system architectures that meet business needs. You will lead Salesforce customization, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, and collaborate with admins to maximize out-of-the-box features.

You will architect end-to-end integrations, drive data migration strategies, enforce governance, and uphold security standards while guiding development teams and mentoring admins.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience with integration tools and technologies.
• Experience with migration, transformation, and cleansing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Designs data models, system architectures, and integrations to meet business needs.
• Leads the configuration and customization of Salesforce applications, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other declarative features.
• Collaborates with administrators to ensure the effective use of out-of-the-box Salesforce features.
• Designs and implements integrations between Salesforce and other systems, both internal and external.
• Develops strategies for data migration, transformation, and cleansing.
• Defines and enforces governance policies related to Salesforce development and deployment.
• Ensures compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Works closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Provides technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices, coding standards, and overall quality of deliverables.
• Mentors administrators in Salesforce technologies.
• Stays abreast of Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
