Collaborate with admins to leverage out‑of‑the‑box features, design end‑to‑end integrations, and develop data migration strategies while enforcing governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7+ years of related experience.
• Expert Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Experience with data modeling and API integration.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security models and governance.

Responsibilities

• Designs data models, system architectures, and integrations to meet business needs
• Leads the configuration and customization of Salesforce applications, including Apex and Lightning
• Collaborates with admins to leverage out-of-the-box Salesforce features
• Designs and implements integrations between Salesforce and other systems
• Develops strategies for data migration, transformation, and cleansing
• Defines governance policies related to Salesforce development and deployment
• Ensures security standards and best practices
• Mentors administrators and stays current with Salesforce updates
