Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to design data models, architectures, and integrations that meet business needs. You will lead Salesforce application customization, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, while collaborating with admins to maximize out-of-the-box features.

You will design integrations with internal and external systems, drive data migration strategies, enforce governance, and ensure security practices.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7+ years of related Salesforce experience.
• Experience with integration tools and technologies.
• Experience with migration, transformation, and cleansing strategies.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce design patterns, platform features, capabilities, and limitations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and best practices.
• Ability to architect end-to-end solutions that align with business goals.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Designs data models, system architectures, and integrations to meet business needs.
• Leads the configuration and customization of Salesforce applications, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other declarative features.
• Collaborates with administrators to ensure the effective use of out-of-the-box Salesforce features.
• Designs and implements integrations between Salesforce and other systems, both internal and external.
• Develops strategies for data migration, transformation, and cleansing.
• Defines and enforces governance policies related to Salesforce development and deployment.
• Ensures compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Works with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Provides technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and quality.
• Mentors administrators in Salesforce technologies.
• Stays abreast of Salesforce updates and industry trends.
