CVS Health is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to design data models, architectures, and integrations that meet business needs. You will lead Salesforce configuration, Apex/Visualforce/Lightning developments, and guide administrators to leverage native features.

You will design end-to-end integrations, govern data migration strategies, and ensure security standards. The role requires strong leadership and collaboration with analysts and project managers to fulfill complex requirements.

Competenze

• 3 to 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience with integration tools and technologies.
• Experience with migration, transformation, and cleansing strategies.

• Designs data models, system architectures, and integrations to meet business needs.
• Leads the configuration and customization of Salesforce applications, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and declarative features.
• Collaborates with administrators to ensure the effective use of out-of-the-box Salesforce features.
• Designs and implements integrations between Salesforce and other systems, both internal and external.
• Develops strategies for data migration, transformation, and cleansing.
• Defines and enforces governance policies related to Salesforce development and deployment.
• Ensures compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Works closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Provides technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices, coding standards, and overall quality of deliverables.
• Mentors administrators in Salesforce technologies.
• Stays abreast of Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
