Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator Developer for a public-sector project in Massachusetts. This contract runs through June 2027 with annual renewal potential and requires one on-site day per week in Everett, MA.

The role emphasizes architecting scalable Salesforce solutions, OmniStudio, LWC, Apex, Experience Cloud, and integrations with REST/SOAP. You will collaborate with stakeholders to evolve enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 4+ years of OmniStudio experience.
• Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Apex development experience.
• Experience with Experience Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and asynchronous tech.
• Experience migrating from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, scalability, and best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD, SFDX, and Git-based version control.
• WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Build complex solutions using OmniStudio, Apex, and LWC.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
• Support Salesforce architecture and long-term platform strategy.
