Job summary

Motion Recruitment is assisting a public-sector organization in Massachusetts in their search for a Senior Salesforce Administrator Developer. The role involves designing, building, and integrating large-scale Salesforce solutions, with a focus on OmniStudio, LWC, Apex, and Experience Cloud.

This is a contract position through June 2027, onsite in Everett, MA one day per week, with potential annual renewal.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 4+ years hands-on OmniStudio experience.
• Strong experience with LWC and Apex development.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external apps via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, scalability, and best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows and Git-based version control.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Build complex solutions using OmniStudio, Apex, and LWC.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Support Salesforce architecture and long-term platform strategy.
• Evaluate existing/vendor solutions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support Classic to Lightning modernization efforts.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and accessible.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices and CI/CD processes.
• Work with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
