Job summary

Qualifications

• 15-18 years of IT and business transformation experience.
• 10+ years leading enterprise Salesforce/CRM, sales, pricing or commercial initiatives.
• Deep Salesforce platform expertise required.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, pricing, customer master data, and customer-facing processes preferred.
• Experience supporting large ERP transformations and impacts on integrated apps.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate across business and technology teams.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, documentation, and executive communication.
• Seasoned Salesforce Architect with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Hands-on Service Cloud experience.
• Define solution architecture and integration approaches aligned with business objectives.

Role: Salesforce Architect (Commercial Boundary Systems)

Location: Irvine, CA (On-site)

Ideal Experience

• Overall, 15-18 years of professional experience in IT and business transformation programs.
• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise application, Salesforce/CRM, sales, pricing, or commercial transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform is required.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, pricing, customer master data, and customer-facing business processes is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation programs and assessing downstream impacts on integrated applications.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate effectively across business and technology organizations.
• Strong skills in facilitation, stakeholder management, documentation, technical specifications, and executive-level communication.
• Candidate must be a seasoned Salesforce Architect with a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with both:
• Service Cloud
• Should be able to define solution architecture, integration approaches, and best practices aligned with business objectives.

Business Stakeholder Communication

• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively engage with business leaders, executives, and key stakeholders on-site.
• Should be capable of translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and articulating technical recommendations in business terms.

Leadership and Team Management

• Must have experience leading project teams and driving solution delivery.
• Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate with offshore technical teams, including developers, administrators, and integration specialists.
• Should be comfortable providing technical direction, managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
