Job summary

Kodeva LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to design and lead scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and OmniStudio. The role provides technical leadership, architectural guidance, and ensures alignment with enterprise requirements.

You will drive architecture, security, data models, and integrations while mentoring teams and collaborating with stakeholders across product and engineering functions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Salesforce experience with 5+ years in a Salesforce Architect role.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and OmniStudio.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform, data model, security model, and sharing architecture.
• Experience with Flow, Apex, SOQL, APIs, integrations, and automation design patterns.
• DevOps/deployment experience using Copado.
• Understanding of platform limits, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce solution architecture, design, and implementation across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and OmniStudio.
• Develop solution designs, business process maps, data models, and architectural documentation.
• Define and optimize security, sharing, data architecture, automation, and integration patterns.
• Provide expertise in Flow, Apex, SOQL, Lightning Platform, APIs, and integrations.
• Design scalable solutions while considering governor limits, performance, and best practices.
• Drive DevOps and CI/CD practices using Copado.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance throughout the lifecycle.
