Job summary

The Lisinski Law Firm seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and integrate scalable Salesforce solutions that strengthen legal operations and technology strategy.

You will translate complex business requirements into secure, maintainable capabilities, mentor teams, and partner with IT and business stakeholders to optimize performance, security, and user experience while aligning with regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II are preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, OmniStudio, and Mulesoft.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Architect and implement configurations, customizations, and integrations with best practices.
• Design and manage data models, automations, and workflow optimization for the legal domain.
• Mentor Salesforce development teams and provide technical direction.
• Establish development standards, code reviews, and documentation practices.
• Oversee integration efforts between Salesforce and third-party apps and portals.
• Monitor and optimize system performance for efficiency and user experience.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and legal regulations.
