Job summary

The Lisinski Law Firm is seeking a Salesforce Architect to shape scalable Salesforce solutions that power the firm’s growth. You will lead architectural decisions, drive data-intensive workflows, and mentor developers to deliver reliable integrations across enterprise platforms.

Designing data models and document-centric processes, you’ll balance performance and security while aligning with enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6-10 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years as an architect.
• Salesforce certifications: Application Architect or System Architect; CTA is a plus.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud and Platform.
• Proven DevOps experience with Gearset, Copado, Jenkins or Salesforce DX.
• Agile/Scrum environment experience.
• Ability to mentor technical teams and translate requirements into scalable architectures.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using native functionality, custom development, and integrations.
• Lead architectural reviews and establish standards for scalability, performance, and security.
• Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers and admins.
• Design data models and custom objects with extensive fields for performance and maintainability.
• Architect data-intensive and document-centric workflows including e-signature, OCR, and secure sharing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to automate processes and define integration requirements.
• Lead design sessions and maintain solution documentation and architecture artifacts.
• Oversee development lifecycle for Apex, LWC, APIs, and reliable integrations with external platforms.
• Ensure code quality via reviews, unit tests, and secure coding practices.
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies and manage technical debt.
