Job summary

Lisinski Law Firm in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Salesforce Cloud Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Revenue, Experience, and the Salesforce Platform. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, high-performing models.

The role emphasizes governance, security, data modeling, integrations, and performance optimization, with hands-on leadership in Apex, LWCs,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or a related field.
6–10 years Salesforce experience with at least 3 years as an architect.
Salesforce Architect credentials strongly preferred; CTA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Revenue, Experience Cloud, and Platform.
Define long-term architecture strategy, platform roadmap, and technical standards.
Lead design sessions and provide architectural oversight for integrations and developments.
Establish governance, security architecture, code review, and release management processes.
Mentor teams in architecture principles and best practices; align solutions with business goals.
Model scalable data structures and robust integration patterns for high-volume workflows.
