Job summary

Lisinski Law Firm seeks a Salesforce Cloud Architect to lead hands‑on design and implementation of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions. You will shape architecture across Sales, Service, Revenue, and Experience Clouds and guide partnerships with product owners, developers, and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data‑driven, document‑centric workflows, API integrations, and platform governance to enable growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.
• Define long-term Salesforce architecture strategy, platform roadmap, and technical standards for scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Evaluate requirements and determine use of native Salesforce capabilities, configuration, automation, custom development, and third‑party solutions.
• Design scalable data models and automated workflows for high‑volume, document‑centric operations including document generation and secure sharing.
• Establish integration architecture between Salesforce and enterprise apps using APIs, middleware, event‑driven solutions, and other patterns.
• Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural oversight for Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, APIs, and 3rd‑party integrations.
• Define and enforce governance, security architecture, code review, testing, release management, and deployment standards.
• Monitor platform performance, capacity, health, and limits to improve reliability and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, architecture, Cybersecurity, and business to align Salesforce with objectives.
