Job summary

Pentair seeks a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst for the Golden Valley, MN area to lead Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud initiatives and bridge business and technology teams. You will drive roadmaps, define requirements, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, process optimization, and analytics to maximize value from Salesforce investments. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to optimize lead management,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field.
7+ years as a Business/CRM Analyst or related role.
5+ years Salesforce platform experience, Manufacturing Cloud preferred.
Salesforce Certifications: BA and Admin preferred.
Experience with ERP, CPQ, data integration concepts.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into Salesforce roadmaps and requirements.
Lead discovery sessions and document user stories and acceptance criteria.
Drive adoption and governance within Salesforce Center of Excellence.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and admins to design scalable solutions.
Define KPIs, dashboards, and analytics for decision making.
Support platform enhancements, releases, and training programs.
Coordinate UAT and user training activities.
