Job summary

Premise Health is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Analyst, Business Apps Sr to bridge gaps between business stakeholders and technical teams in a Hybrid Senior Salesforce Analyst role based in Brentwood, TN.

You will lead discovery, elicit and analyze complex requirements, translate them into scalable CRM solutions, and partner with admins and developers to implement robust Salesforce configurations and integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Administrator, or Consultant.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required)
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II (Preferred)
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (Preferred)
• Deep functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture, data models, and sharing rules.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with data management tools (e.g., Data Loader, Excel, SQL).
• Experience with marketing tools preferred (ZoomInfo, Hubspot, Loopio).

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to map current-state processes and define future-state requirements.
• Translate high-level business goals into functional specifications, user stories, and BRDs.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify opportunities for automation and data optimization.
• Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects to design scalable solutions using native Salesforce features.
• Configure and customize Salesforce integrations to align with business needs.
• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, security standards, and governance frameworks.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units and the delivery team.
• Manage backlogs, prioritize user stories, and track deliverables.
• Coordinate UAT, create test scenarios, and secure sign-offs from stakeholders.
• Lead Agile sprint planning sessions for the team.
• Serve as a system administrator with configuration tasks.
• Monitor data quality, usage trends, and system performance; propose improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and assess impact on workflows.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support as needed.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Analyst, Business Apps Sr to bridge the gap between our business stakeholders and technical development teams. In this role, you will lead discovery sessions, elicit and analyze complex business requirements, and translate them into scalable, efficient solutions. The Business Applications Sr. Analyst position will be part of the team that is responsible for the support of Salesforce and related tools. This team manages the full lifecycle of applications and serves as a partner to relevant business units, with a heavy focus on Salesforce and its related applications. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of driving successful CRM implementations and optimizations.

This is a Full Time, hybrid, Senior Salesforce Analyst role located in Brentwood, TN.

What You'll Do

Requirements Elicitation & Analysis

• Lead business discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to map out current-state processes and define future-state business requirements.
• Translate high-level business goals into clear functional specifications, user stories, and Business Requirement Documents.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify opportunities for process automation, data optimization, and operational efficiencies.

Solution Design & Configuration

• Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects to design robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions utilizing native Salesforce features (Flows, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, etc.).
• Configure and customize related Salesforce integrations to align with evolving business needs.
• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, security standards, and governance frameworks.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between business units and the technical delivery team.
• Manage project backlogs, prioritize user stories, and track deliverables against timelines.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), create test scenarios, and secure sign-offs from key stakeholders.
• Help manage and lead Agile sprint planning sessions for the team.

Enablement & Governance

• Serve as a system administrator, including configuration tasks within the application(s)
• Monitor data quality, usage trends, and system performance to proactively recommend platform improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce release features (e.g., AI/Einstein capabilities) and evaluate their potential impact on business workflows.
• Some Tier 2 or Tier 3 level support

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Administrator, or Consultant.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale Salesforce / new application implementation projects from conception to deployment.
