Job summary

Upward Health is seeking a Product Analyst to join the Product team and manage a highly customized Salesforce ecosystem. The role focuses on understanding business requirements, designing declarative Salesforce solutions, and supporting ongoing enhancements while collaborating with stakeholders and developers.

The ideal candidate has Salesforce Admin Certification and 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with knowledge of declarative tools and a preference for Health Cloud/Field Service

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce experience in complex environments.
• Proficiency with declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Record Types).
• Knowledge of Health Cloud and/or Field Service is a plus.
• Familiarity with managed packages and system configuration implications.
• Experience using Jira for documentation and collaboration.
• Basic understanding of Apex, LWCs, Aura, Visualforce and collaboration with developers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document business needs and translate them into Salesforce-based solutions.
• Participate in design sessions to refine enhancements and new features.
• Build and configure Salesforce components using declarative tools (Flows, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Lightning App Builder).
• Partner with developers to support custom code and ensure alignment with declarative solutions.
• Execute end-to-end testing to validate functionality and data integrity of changes.
• Manage escalated user tickets and provide root-cause analysis and long-term fixes.
• Research new Salesforce features and assess relevance for implementation.
• Document solution designs and configuration updates for future reference.

Job Title & Role Description:

We are seeking a Product Analyst to join our Product team. Our Product team designs and maintains a highly customized Salesforce ecosystem, enabling field and central staff to deliver compassionate, coordinated care. This individual will play a critical role in understanding business requirements, designing declarative Salesforce solutions, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting ongoing enhancement and maintenance of our Salesforce instance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving healthcare delivery through technology, collaborative in nature, and highly skilled in Salesforce administration.

Skills Required:

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce, preferably in complex environments with custom workflows, fields, and components
• Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Record Types, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Field Service (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with managed packages (e.g., Elixir) and their implications on system configuration
• Comfortable working with tools such as Jira for documentation and collaboration
• Basic understanding of Apex, LWCs, Aura components, and Visualforce (ability to collaborate with developers and understand code-level constraints)

• Contribute to special projects as needed, including integration initiatives, managed package enhancements, or regulatory compliance efforts
