Job summary

Premise Health is seeking an FP&A Analyst in Brentwood, TN to assist with budgeting, forecasting and modeling for corporate departments. You will support the FP&A Manager and collaborate with Finance teams on monthly reviews to create leadership summaries.

We value a candidate with 0–2 years of finance experience, knowledge of Prophix, Dynamics GP and Office, and an interest in healthcare. This is a full‑time hybrid role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field or equivalent work experience.
• 0–2 years of finance and accounting experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Prophix, Dynamics GP and Office experience preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of finance and accounting principles and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and modeling for assigned corporate departments.
• Support FP&A Manager in compiling and analyzing financial information for department leaders.
• Assist in creating financial models for new products and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams during monthly reviews to prepare leadership summaries.
• Identify drivers impacting future financial performance and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Participate in meetings to gather data for pro forma modeling and scenario analysis.
• Develop knowledge of expense growth drivers and opportunities for efficiency.
• Research and synthesize data from multiple sources into business insights.
• Support special projects for Director, AVP, and VP.

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will assist with preparing corporate departmental budgets and forecasts within Prophix to accurately project expenses while supporting scalable growth within the organization.

This is a full time, hybrid, FP&A Analyst role, located in Brentwood, TN.

What You'll Do

• Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling for assigned corporate departments, including detailed line-item expenses, capital expenditures, and other related areas.
• Support Manager, Financial Planning in compiling and analyzing financial information for department leaders.
• Assist in the creation of financial models in support of new products and initiatives.
• Collaborate with various Finance and Accounting teams during the monthly corporate Indirect and SG&A financial review to assist with preparing summary findings for leadership.
• Identify and communicate drivers impacting future financial performance and escalte findings or potential issues as appropriate.
• Participate in meetings with internal partners to gather data necessary for pro forma modeling and scenario analysis.
• Develop knowledge of expense growth drivers while identifying potential opportunities for efficiency.
• Research, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources into business information as directed.
• Support special projects as needed for Director, AVP, and VP.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field required, or equivalent work experience.

• 0-2 years of finance and accounting experience
• Healthcare experience is preferred
• Experience with Prophix, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and Microsoft Office products is preferred
• Foundational knowledge of finance and accounting practices and principles and enterprise-level financial systems is preferred.
• Ability to communicate information and ideas verbally and in writing to various audiences.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage deadlines accordingly.
• High degree of sensitivity and discretion in working with confidential information, required.
• Strong computer skills, with intermediate Excel skills preferred.
