Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Salesforce AI Developer to design, build, and deploy autonomous agents that leverage live CRM data across Salesforce. You will architect multi-agent orchestration, MCP servers, and external integrations while upholding strict security, trust, and observability standards.

You’ll collaborate with AI Architects to implement Agentforce, Data 360, Headless 360, and related tools, guiding hands-on development and platform support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent, verifiable by transcripts, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience architecting and developing full-stack solutions on Salesforce’s ecosystem.
• Practical knowledge of multi-agent orchestration - agent chaining, context windowing, delegation, and conflict resolution across Agent Fabric.
• Hands-on experience with MCP servers and API integrations (REST APIs, OAuth/PKCE); Python or JavaScript for scripting.
• Strong working knowledge of Headless 360 and Data 360 exposing Salesforce actions/data as headless services.
• Demonstrable understanding of Salesforce Objects, Data Model, and security architecture.
• Salesforce certifications (Agentforce Specialist, Data 360 Consultant highly valued).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Agentforce Agents that leverage live CRM data to assist sales and operations in real time.
• Architect multi-agent orchestration patterns across business domains with Agent Fabric.
• Design and develop custom MCP Servers and OAuth 2.0 setup to expose actions and agents to external AI clients.
• Implement MCP observability, trace logging, access controls, security testing, and guardrails.
• Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, Platform Events/CDC, custom connectors).
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for agent-driven solutions.
• Provide platform and user support including onboarding and issue resolution for AI client users.
• Collaborate with AI Architects and functional teams across Sales, Enterprise IT.
