Qualifications

• 6+ years of development experience with increasing technical scope.
• Proficiency in backend development with Java, Python, or C++.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and large language models.
• Hands-on in prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and production AI apps.
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP) and scalable distributed systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agent architectures using Agentforce, NGA, and related tools.
• Architect multi-node orchestration and agentic workflows for complex use cases.
• Lead memory, context, and conversation state handling for personalized experiences.
• Develop RAG patterns, retrieval strategies, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Build scalable integrations with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein, and external APIs.
• Mentor engineers, review code, and drive major feature deliveries.
