Everforth Apex Systems seeks a Senior Agentforce Developer to build and deploy Salesforce and Agentforce solutions for complex client engagements. This hands-on role requires strong collaboration with solution architects, analysts, and clients, while delivering secure, scalable functionality.

The position is on-site with variable client-location assignments in the US/Canada, located in Glen Allen, VA. 5+ years of experience and Salesforce proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with hands-on configuration and development.
• Proficiency with Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, data modeling, security and integrations.

This is a hands-on delivery role for an experienced developer who can translate approved requirements and solution designs into secure, scalable, and maintainable functionality. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce engineering skills with client collaboration, delivery ownership, and a commitment to reusable practice assets. This individual will work closely with solution architects, business analysts, developers, and client stakeholders while contributing to the growth and maturity of the Salesforce Practice. While some assignments may be performed largely remotely, other assignments require fully on-site work, hybrid work, and/or occasional travel. **RESPONSIBLITIES**Hands-On Development & Configuration * Configure Agentforce agents, topics, actions, instructions, prompts, grounding, guardrails, and escalation paths.* Build Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, custom objects, validation rules, security, and sharing.* Develop routing, assignment, intake, matching, exception handling, and workflow automation.* Configure Omni-Channel queues, priorities, capacity, presence, work distribution, and supervisor capabilities.* Configure human-review and exception workflows for scenarios requiring business validation.* Build and support integrations using Salesforce APIs, platform events, and enterprise integration patterns.* Create reusable components and automation patterns that reduce rework and improve maintainability.
