Job summary

Bridgenext seeks a Salesforce & Agentforce Functional Architect to lead end-to-end solution vision across multiple teams and client stakeholders within the Salesforce ecosystem.

You will guide architecture decisions, engage executives and developers across time zones, and drive discovery workshops to define business needs. Deliver scalable declarative and custom solutions and mentor teams, ensuring client success and ongoing value.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years designing complex solutions on Salesforce platform with declarative and customizations.
• 4+ years professional services consulting leading strategic engagements.
• Robust examples of complex implementations across multiple tech stacks.
• Experience leading discovery workshops to define business needs and align on solution direction.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to create technical docs and client artifacts.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools and cross-timezone development teams.
• Comfortable presenting to C-suite and leading enterprise engagements.
• Experience leading teams using Agile frameworks, writing user stories, sprint demos.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution vision across multiple teams and client stakeholders
• Build trusted relationships with executive and technical client stakeholders
• Align business goals, architecture, and delivery strategy for successful outcomes
• Advise on platform capabilities and when to use declarative vs. custom solutions
• Make architecture decisions considering budget, scope, time, and resources
• Collaborate with Architects, UX Designers, and Developers to deliver cohesive solutions
• Define the technical critical path and lead teams through Agile execution
• Recommend solution paths balancing budget, time, quality, and scope
• Provide solution design leveraging SaaS platforms and web tech
• Apply a NorthStar framework to design discussions and discovery
• Guide onboarding and training to enable effective use of solutions
• Communicate project progress and manage expectations with stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for future phase work and propose innovative ideas
