Job summary

Abstra is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to work on a long-term project for a leading elevator maintenance and modernization client. The role is 100% remote from LATAM, with working hours aligned to US Central or Eastern Time.

You will gather requirements, design Salesforce solutions, and drive end-to-end configuration and deployment in complex environments, with Agile and UAT participation. Salesforce certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and write user stories.
• Experience with Agile environments.
• Proven ability to design, configure, test, troubleshoot, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
• Experience translating business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and tasks.
• Salesforce Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use techniques to gather business needs from stakeholders (focus groups, observation, prototyping).
• Define and construct user stories in proper format; outline work to meet requirements.
• Create business process maps to engage end-users and validate requirements.
• Document stakeholder analysis, current state, gap analyses, UAT plans, and more.
• Facilitate clear stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Balance stakeholder motivations during meetings and communications.
• Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure testing is focused on the right people and items.
