Comply, a leading compliance SaaS provider, seeks a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to optimize and govern our Salesforce platform in the United States. You will partner with multiple departments to design scalable solutions, automate processes, and ensure data integrity across the CRM ecosystem.

The role offers opportunities to drive efficiency, enable teams, and implement advanced features like CPQ, Lightning, Flow, and Tableau to support business goals and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with deep platform knowledge.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
• Strong experience with CPQ, Ironclad and Celigo.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Flow and Tableau.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
• Experience leading projects with GTM stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure, and enhance Salesforce instances, including user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and workflows.
• Perform regular audits and data integrity checks to ensure system health.
• Create and update reports, dashboards, and custom fields for insights.
• Manage Salesforce automation tools and data imports/exports.
• Lead customization and implementation projects with cross-functional teams.
• Provide training and support to Salesforce users to drive adoption.
