Comply is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to own and continuously improve the Salesforce platform that powers our entire go-to-market motion. You’ll be the owner and steward of the Salesforce platform. Day to day, you’ll configure, secure, and continuously improve the org through building Flows, reports, and dashboards; safeguarding data integrity; and translating messy requests from Sales, RevOps, Finance, and CX into clean, scalable solutions. You’ll lead customization and implementation projects end to end, from requirements through deployment and adoption, and keep quote-to-cash, CPQ, and integrated systems humming. You’ll also stay ahead of Salesforce releases and adopting what’s worth it and retiring what isn’t.

The all-in total compensation for this role is $132,000 and $165,000 , and is specific to the United States. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range would be $120,000 - $150,000 plus applicable bonus/benefit offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience.

The pay range for this role is:
