This role will be responsible for platform administration, governance, automation, solution development, and user enablement to ensure Salesforce remains a secure, reliable, and scalable business platform.

• 7+ years IT experience with Salesforce administration and development.
• Experience across full Salesforce solution lifecycle and governance.
• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I.

Responsibilities

• Administer and govern Salesforce with security and data integrity.
• Design and build Flow automation to streamline processes.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, and integrations for complex needs.
• Create Omnistudio solutions (Omniscripts, Data Mappers, Integrations).
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide design guidance, documentation, and leadership for maintainable platform capabilities.
• Perform maintenance, upgrades, and data migrations for reliability.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Drive platform adoption through end-user training and support.
