Job Location: 440 West Nyack Rd., West Nyack, NY 10994. Employer will allow remote/telecommuting throughout the U.S.
Collaborate with the Salesforce teams, in both CRD and IT, on all on-going development of the CRM and key items on the roadmap, applying knowledge of database management systems. In collaboration with team members to Identify, investigate, and resolve database performance issues, database capacity, and database scalability. Responsible for the Salesforce platform including system configuration, maintenance, deployments, enhancements, upgrades, overall data integrity, and security. Understand complex build requirements and lead the deployment of a solution that works with all other systems integrating with Salesforce. Ensure declarative implementations, apex codes, workflows and all Salesforce coding meets user requirements and doesn’t degrade existing business processes or automations. Lead the build of and maintain custom objects/ fields, validation rules, lightning flows. Lead the build of and maintain custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows. Lead the design and deployment of automations to processes as much as much as possible. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products. Employ industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions. Ensure developed solutions remain compliant with all applicable standards including the NYS Shield, GDPR, CCPA etc. Actively participate in business solution design and build of a new national data warehouse system powered by Snowflake and backed by Azure. Work closely with the Territorial Director of CRM to collaborate on various projects.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related.
