Job Description:
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform for our clients, configuring, deploying, and maintaining the lead routing infrastructure within Salesforce to support the optimization of lead assignment, eligibility logic, and automation rules.You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective and efficient Salesforce solutions. You will also collaborate with other members of the project team, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure that project objectives are met.
This role ensures that technical execution aligns with business goals, enabling high-quality leads to reach the right sales teams efficiently and with minimal manual intervention.
