Job Location

440 West Nyack Rd., West Nyack, NY 10994. Employer will allow remote/telecommuting throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Salesforce teams, in both CRD and IT, on all ongoing development of the CRM and key items on the roadmap, applying knowledge of database management systems.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve database performance issues, capacity, and scalability in collaboration with team members.
• Manage the Salesforce platform, including configuration, maintenance, deployments, enhancements, upgrades, data integrity, and security.
• Understand complex build requirements and lead deployment of solutions integrating with Salesforce and other systems.
• Ensure all Salesforce configurations, apex codes, workflows, and automations meet user requirements without degrading existing processes.
• Build and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, lightning flows, and custom apps.
• Design and deploy automations to optimize business processes.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform and products.
• Ensure solutions comply with standards such as NYS Shield, GDPR, CCPA, etc.
• Participate actively in the design and build of a new national data warehouse system powered by Snowflake and Azure.
• Collaborate closely with the Territorial Director of CRM on various projects.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experience: 5 years supporting and maintaining processes in a Salesforce environment, including:

• Strong understanding of data architecture and bi-directional integrations.
• Expertise with third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of Classy and Dell Boomi tools.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Experience with BI tools such as Sisense, Tableau, Power BI, and Jira.
• Operational knowledge of Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
