Now Hiring: Sr. Salesforce System Admin/Analyst (100% Remote | EST/CST | W2 Only)

We're seeking a highly analytical Salesforce professional who thrives in fast-paced, Agile environments. If you're almost an engineer in your understanding of declarative tools, have hands-on experience with Sales/Service Cloud, and are familiar with AgentForce (Salesforce AI), this is your chance to step into a long-term contract role supporting a dynamic corporate systems team.

Note: This is a W2-only position—candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. No C2C or 1099 arrangements.

This role is 100% remote but requires candidates from Eastern or Central time zones only.

What You’ll Do:

Drive UAT sessions, end-user onboarding & light training

Execute declarative configurations within Salesforce

Support change management & adoption across business units

What You Bring:

️ 5+ years of Salesforce Admin experience (Sales/Service Cloud)

️ 3+ years as a Business Analyst with Agile team experience

️ Strong knowledge of Jira, Agile methodology, and team backlog management

️ Exceptional problem-solving & communication skills

This role is 100% remote but requires alignment with Eastern or Central time zones.
