Job description

Our Digital Solutions team is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator who is passionate about enabling all types of users to get the most out of Salesforce. The right candidate will have a strong blend of leadership, planning, communication skills, business acumen, and technical knowledge. This role will manage and support multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Marketing, Service, Field Service Management, OMS, and others) and resources to successfully meet business needs and requirements. Our Salesforce team is helping lead the next generation of technology and development for Regal Rexnord.

Key Responsibilities

You will be working alongside a diverse, enthusiastic, and dynamic team including Product Owner, Architect, Developers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, and fellow Salesforce Administrators. You will support 3 Salesforce environments with a total of 800 users, being migrated into a fourth environment with over 2,400 users. Your responsibilities include supporting daily and project operations.

In this role, you will:

  1. Blend strategic leadership with technical expertise, focusing on Salesforce and other SaaS solutions to enhance collaboration, analytics, and reporting.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive Salesforce strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to best practices.
  3. Collaborate with a talented technology team, driving innovation and ensuring the organization's technology landscape supports its ambitious business objectives.
  4. Support the creation and management of the "Salesforce Roadmap".
  5. Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies as part of daily activities.
  6. Champion continuous platform enhancements to improve performance and user experience.
  7. Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
  8. Provide leadership and mentorship to the technology team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  9. Support end-user troubleshooting, documentation, and training efforts.
  10. Help inform and develop new user training guides, SOPs, and grow skills across the organization.
  11. Take a forward-thinking approach to technology, staying ahead of trends, and providing modern solutions.
  12. Participate in continuous education on new Salesforce features and functionalities, recommending process improvements.
Qualifications
Technical Skills (Preferred/Required):
  • 6+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Advanced Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform out-of-the-box functionality, including best practices, security, integration, and development options
Other Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication, listening, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal, consultative, and issue resolution skills
  • Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in user-friendly language
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives under time constraints
  • Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Self-starter with initiative and drive
Preferred but not required:
  • Other Salesforce certifications
  • Basic understanding of Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, Triggers, and APIs
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations like Mulesoft or other ESB solutions
  • Salesforce Development knowledge (Apex, Lightning Web Components, etc.)

The salary range provided is intended to display the company's base pay for this position. Salary depends on various factors including location, experience, education, and internal pay structures.

Annual base salary range: $85,000-$115,000
