Job summary

PACCAR Financial is hiring an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Developer to support and enhance our Salesforce platform. You will handle governance, automation, and solution development, ensuring a secure, reliable business platform aligned with strategic growth.

Work with stakeholders to translate objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will lead data governance, provide training, and deliver dashboards with actionable insights, while guiding best practices across the team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience with Salesforce administration and development.
• Experience in lifecycle delivery of Salesforce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of security, user access, profiles, roles, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and govern the Salesforce platform with security and scalable access.
• Design and maintain Flow automation to streamline processes.
• Develop Salesforce functionality using Apex, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
• Create Omnistudio solutions (Omniscripts, Data Mappers, Integrations) for streamlined experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable solutions.
• Provide design guidance, leadership, and documentation for maintainable platform capabilities.
• Perform maintenance, upgrades, and integrations for reliable operations.
• Manage data, security access, user roles, and migrations.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Drive platform adoption through user training and support.
