Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant for Studio+ Sales Transformation to design and implement sales capabilities across customer segmentation, coverage models, and process optimization. You will work with client teams to deliver complex engagements that enhance revenue growth and sales efficiency.

You will conduct research, lead or support workshops, and collaborate with executives to define roadmaps, technology requirements, and implementation plans in a dynamic, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, data analytics or related field; MBA or equivalent considered.
• 3+ years in consulting or industry positions focusing on commercial functions or related technologies.
• Proven ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in client environments.
• Strong problem solving and judgment in internal and client-facing situations.
• Experience delivering workshops, research, assessments, roadmaps and future state definitions.
• Analytical, collaborative problem-solving skills and ability to articulate solutions clearly.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities with a willingness to mentor others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; passport and US driver’s license; travel 50–80% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support analyses and client-facing work product development in lead-to-cash projects.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and synthesize findings into recommendations.
• Document sales processes and enabling technology for each process.
• Prepare materials and facilitate client workshops.
• Collaborate with executives to assess sales strategies and technologies for improvements.
• Support assessment and implementation of enterprise sales tech platforms (CRM, CPQ, CLM).
• Mentor junior team members and foster growth, collaboration, and innovation.
• Stay updated on trends in sales operating models, customer experience, and AI.
