  1. Design and implement onboarding and training programs for Amplify Advisors using LMS software
  2. Assess performance of Amplify Advisors by analyzing sales metrics and client interactions
  3. Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to provide personalized feedback and develop action plans
  4. Train Amplify Advisors on effective objection handling techniques and negotiation strategies
  5. Collaborate with sales managers and training departments to align coaching initiatives with organizational goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
  1. Solid experience in sales with a proven track record of delivering strong results
  2. Strong training and coaching skills, particularly in a remote environment
  3. Proficiency in various sales techniques, strategies, and methodologies
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate sales representatives
