What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead training sessions for new Sales members to enhance production and retention
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development Department to develop training materials and strategies
- Assist in planning and executing training weeks and ongoing training for Area Managers
- Maintain regular training sessions and meetings for new hires during their first 90 days
- Serve as a liaison between Sales and other departments to coordinate training efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Management, or Teaching/Coaching
- Minimum of one year of experience in auto finance within sales/marketing
- Proven ability to develop, train, and motivate Sales Area Managers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel out of state for business purposes up to 33% of business days
