The Pollardwater division of Ferguson Waterworks is a leading supplier of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) products, specializing in tools, equipment, and supplies for municipal water and wastewater operations throughout North America. Since 1837, Pollardwater's team of industry experts focuses on providing superior customer service and solutions for a wide variety of industry needs. We are seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Senior Sales Support Representative focused on customer support and satisfaction

This position is hybrid from10am-7pm and will work onsite 3 full days in Newport News, VA.

Pollardwater is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Senior Sales Support Representative.

Responsibilities
  • Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
  • Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
  • Manage and support 2-plus shared inbox and phones for sales team.
  • Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
  • Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
  • Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
  • Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
  • Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
  • General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range:

$21.46 - $34.36

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
