You'll manage the entire lifecycle of training initiatives, from content development to evaluation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership Development: Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of leadership training programs that support skill-building in frontline and mid-level leaders across multiple business unites.
Consultation & Needs Assessment: Partner with business and HR leaders to assess capability gaps, define development priorities, and align learning solutions to performance outcomes.
Instructional Design & Delivery: Build high-quality learning experiences grounded in adult learning principles, and confidently facilitate in-person and virtual training for diverse leader audiences.
Project Ownership: Independently manage multiple initiatives with full accountability for timelines, resources, stakeholder engagement, and quality delivery.
Logistics & Execution: Oversee all logistics associated with learning programs—including scheduling, technology setup, communications, materials, participant tracking, and post-program follow-up.
Virtual Facilitation Expertise: Leverage platforms like Zoom, Teams, or Webex to deliver dynamic and interactive virtual sessions, including managing breakout rooms, polls, and collaborative tools.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Develop measurement strategies, analyze feedback and business impact, and iterate programs to maximize effectiveness and engagement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Enablement, CX, HR, and senior leaders to ensure development efforts are aligned with organizational goals and culture.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$78,400 - $107,800 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
