You will handle complex requests and coordinate with partners to ensure a seamless experience. Key duties include managing the end-of-lease process, supporting field and dealer pricing and quoting, and guiding the Online Credit Application and Cat Commercial Account processes.

• Provide Field and Dealer Support: assist Territory Managers, pricing inquiries, guidance on merchandising programs and CCAs.
• Manage the Field and Dealer Legal Intake Process: handle intake requests, coordinate with Legal and internal partners.
